Accomplishments.

So, maybe I am just a weird mother, maybe. All I know is that we took my daughter Grace, 5 to the eye Dr. tonight for her very first eye Dr. appointment. She will be starting Kindergarten in the fall and this is a requirement before she starts school. It is not like she has eye problems or anything it was just your regular run of the mill appointment. Anyway, about halfway through as we are getting the Dr's opinion that all is looking good I catch myself smiling and being proud that Grace is acing her eye exam.....weird huh? Its not like this was the Nobel peace prize or anything superb. Then I felt kinda guilty for getting so excited over a little eye exam. Oh well, it s the small things in life right?!
